The President and directors in Territory VI of the ApHC  are requesting your presence at a Town Hall meeting being held on December 7-8, 2007.

In an effort to be centrally located for all Territory VI members we have chosen Nomads in South Windsor CT as our location for the meeting.  Nomads is located at 100 Bidwell Rd., S. Windsor, CT in the JES Industrial Park.

The purpose in calling this town meeting is to get your input and direction for setting short and long term goals for the future, of not only the ApHC but also the Appaloosa Horse.

Please see the attached schedule for the meeting.  The Host hotel is the Best Western Colonial located at 161 Bridge St. East Windsor, CT. 860-623-9411.    A block of rooms have been reserved at a special rate of $59/night and need to be reserved by November 15, 2007.  Please indicate that you are with the Appaloosa Horse Club Town Meeting.  Those traveling by air will fly into Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Hartford, CT.

In order for us to plan we would like to know how many will be in attendance so please respond with an email to chucksvf@aol.com or telephone call to 973-383-3766 indicating the number that will be in attendance.  In addition we would like to have any ideas you have for discussion and concerns you might have emailed as well so we can be prepared with statistics etc. if needed.

We hope that you will take time out of your busy holiday schedule to meet with us and help make the Appaloosa – The Breed of Choice.
